5G-A technology is considered a crucial stage in the evolution from 5G to 6G. 5G-A integrated sensing technology is based on the principle of electromagnetic wave reflection, using echo time difference, Doppler effect, and reflected beam analysis to calculate the distance, velocity, and position parameters of moving objects, and actively complete target ranging, velocity measurement, angle measurement, imaging, target detection, target tracking, and recognition.

ZTE continues to lead in the technology verification of integrated sensing and exploration of multi scenario empowerment, becoming the industry's first to achieve single AAU sensing integration, and the first to complete the verification testing of 5G-A sensing integrated networking in the industry, achieving a leap from single point technology verification to multi site networking deployment.

ZTE Nanjing Binjiang Smart Factory has successfully achieved the largest collaborative networking in the industry on-site. Multiple 5G-A autonomous self receiving and sensing integrated base stations collaborate with multiple stations to achieve continuous tracking and reporting of drone flight trajectories across cells and base stations, as well as early warning of intrusion into no fly zones and low altitude "electronic fences" covering 10 square kilometers.

After testing and verification, the ZTE integrated sensing base station has successfully achieved precise tracking of complex trajectories such as "5G-A" and "pentagram", and provided real-time feedback on key flight data such as latitude, longitude, altitude, speed, and distance of multiple drones flying at different trajectories, altitudes, and speeds, effectively meeting the precise perception needs of low altitude security.
